Do you send out raw photos?We do not send out raw photos as they are considered unfinished work.

How long will it take to get my photos back?It typically takes about 4-6 weeks to receive your photos, depending on the season and workload. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you offer print options?I do! When your album is sent out and delivered you will have a "shop" option to print off your photos in many different ways! <3

Can I post the photos after I recieve them?Yes, you can post the photos after receiving them. We kindly ask for credit if you share or publish the photos.

Do you use photoshop?We do not use Photoshop for major edits. However, we do soften skin and remove blemishes or objects in some photos when necessary.

How do you describe your editing style?My style is Photojournalistic∣Documentary∣Timeless I specialize in wedding, elopements, & couples, but I do many other photo sessions as well.

What do I need to book?Super easy! To secure your spot on my calendar I just require 30% of the total for which ever package you choose as a non-refundable deposit and a contract signed and sent back.

How long do you store galleries for?Your gallery will be available for 30 days after delivery for you to download and save your photos. If you need more time, please contact us.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
